The hotel staff, especially the receptionists, were unprofessional and unfriendly. They don’t even greet guests with basic gestures like a smile or a simple 'Good morning.' The check-in process was frustratingly slow, taking about 20 to 25 minutes. To make up for the delay, the receptionist offered me club lounge access. However, this access was never granted, leading to not only disappointment but an embarrassing situation. Also, basic amenities such as a locker, toothbrush, fruit basket etc were missing, which is highly disappointing and falls short of the expected standards.
Such lapses, including poor customer service, highlight a significant failure to meet expected hospitality standards.

Excellent service from the front desk personnel. Only comment is on regards of the heating system: it was so noisy I had a very broken sleep night.

The place was okay but the building is a bit old. The rooms are also not sound proof, you can easily hear people next door.
Location was very good, it was a few streets away from the city hall and other restaurants / establishments

Staff is wonderful, super helpful and kind. Very accommodating to our event and all of the attendees! Had wonderful, easy service throughout the whole weekend. The bed sheets had a prior stain. You can tell they were washed but it was an old makeup(?) stain… a little discomforting but everything else was up to par. The elevators seemed to give out fairly easy with constant use.
Overall had a great time, will be back!
